What to Expect at Your Next Appointment
A lot has changed at our office since your last visit. Approximately 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive an email including our COVID Disclosure, Patient Screening Form and any patient forms that need updated. We ask you to please review and complete these forms prior to your appointment. The office will remain locked during business hours. Our Front Desk, as well as, front entrance is closed. Upon arrival, follow the signs directing you to park on the left side of the building, remain in your vehicle and call 540-898-8616 to check in. If you have an insurance, address or phone number change please let us know.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, to allow time for the COVID screening and make sure you are seated at your appointment time.
Upon arrival please remain in your vehicle and call our office #540-898-8616 to let us know you are here.
We ask that you bring a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you one.
Upon entering the building, you will be asked to use hand sanitizer.
If you need to use the restroom we ask you to tell the assistant right away so you can do so prior to being seated in the operatory.
Due to the extra layers of PPE the staff and doctors are wearing, the A/C is set in the low 60’s, therefore, the office is chilly. Please bring a sweater/jacket and/or blanket for comfort and warmth.
If you need a neck pillow please bring one.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as, to reduce the number of patients in the office at any one time.
The CDC recommends that if you are immunocompromised, you be seen when the office opens at 8am or the first appointment after lunch.
If you are diagnosed with COVID within 14 days after leaving our office please let us know.
If you have tested positive at any time, or been exposed to COVID please call our office for protocols.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and our staff and doctors safe in our practice.
Sincerely,
The Doctors and Staff at Fredericksburg Dental Care
